Energy Please

Well today I've done some miles on my bike, but I really was lacking energy and form. I did this afternoon did drop some novice rider on a mountain bike, who looked really uncomfortable on his bike riding out of the saddle and wobbling about on the road. I'm thinking I need a dose of antibiotics I'm sure with the stomach bug I've had. Thankfully though today I didn't get too wet with today's showers.

A Stone

Readers amazingly I've had six days off the bike I'd wrote 5 days on my facebook status earlier but yep six days out of the saddle after I'd thought about it some more. I've eaten a lot less than I normally do; I've had the trots but, I've gained a stone in weight to my horror. Hopefully I'll correct this we continue.

Arial Drama

Well working with the belly ache I've completed a piece for tomorrow's Guardian Sport section. It's based around the television. I also learnt today after a heart attack; when you back to moderate exercise you are ok to start having sex again. I'm gonna remember that stat for later in life.

Metal Contruction

Today I've drawn a metal construction in my sketchbook which I need to redraw. My belly still continues to rumble on. But hey we continue. I need a glass of water dam this heat when you don't feel one hundred percent.

Heaton

Well today I caught front man of the Beautiful South on the news talking about his tour gigging at various pubs up and down the country. Amazingly 40 pubs are closing a week and mr heaton is on his crusade promoting this fact. Paul is commuting to each gig using his bike; I'd read about this a few weeks back. Readers the weekend is looking like a hot one.

Facial Lines

Well this aft I had to visit the dentist thank goodness they could slot me on such short notice. I had to fill out a form there was a question about would I be interested in having some of my facial lines and wrinkles sorted. I don't think I have the cash to sort my forehead out. Anyway fingerscrossed the feeling I've been having will stop or ease.

Keep On Moving

Well I managed a few miles on my bike this morning I spotted the largest Hare I've seen in my life. I'm still yet to see a pair do some boxing I'd love to see that. I've been singing Five's "Keep on Moving" after digesting an episode of Max and Paddy. I wish they would make more episodes of that.

In The Mix

Well feeling sick this aft I've worked in a sketchbook roughing out something. Readers I feel rubbish. As I write Gordon Brown has left 10 downing street. Well we continue. Onwards and upwards.

Ready to Ramble

Today I had to get a train to Nottingham, I started chuckling when I purchased my train ticket in the corner of my eye I spotted a free magazine up for grabs to digest on the journey. With Tv's Julia Bradbury on the cover! frankly it was a winning combo. To top things the magazine is entitled "Northern" it's full of all things based in the North of England there is a lot on offer up here. Well I'd go hill walking with Julia  any day of the week. Today I have a sore throat and keep feeling sick I've not been supping lots of tea today. I even cut a phone call short today to be sick, I'm such a trooper though and soon carried on with true northern grit. click on the photo to enlarge Julia.

Home In The Country

The above is my dream house that I will later build, when I've probably married some ex lap-dancer when I'm in my 50s and the rest of my family are worried about my lifestyle choice and worried who will get my millions. Or it could be just a little something drawn for a big project. Note the top version which for me is the correct one yes student pukes take note from time to time this cool cat makes mistakes.

Tintin

My dad has had his pens and crayons out again; he was determined in drawing me Tintin & Snowy the dog. Tell me teachers is Tintin on the national curriculum; coz it didn't do me any harm a healthy diet of those great adventures. Just what will my dad draw me next with his broken foot.

Al Fresco

In my newspaper today it says exercising in the open air is much better for your health than going to the gym, researchers claim. Just five minutes of "Green exercise" improves mood and self-esteem. More than 1200 Britons were studied and there are calls to prescribe open-air exercise for people with mental illnesses. You only have to do five minutes readers to see a positive effect. Just aswell as I didn't get out on my bike, I've been chained to my computer.
